I've been playing my Hog Ibanez 12...really a sweet guitar but I got to thinking that I've never had a dred hog Guild 12. I have a D-26 and flat back D-25...just great guitars....can't imagine how much better the archedback 12 would be!

Would consider a D-4-12...I think there was a D-15-12 but I may be wrong for the first time this morning.

Would prefer hog stained...would kill for a burst!.

Possible trade for anything in my sig?

No interest in RW. Sold off all but one including my Nh F-512, DV 52 etc...

Yes there is a D15 12. I find them a bit dark for a 12.

Yeah i saw that one at GC. Lots of saddle...looks pretty clean.

I really would prefer a burst or darker stained tho....

Close your eyes when you play and tell us you can hear the difference. :)

I know I know....I just really like the looks of them. If the sound ain't there out the door!

I remember our district sales rep for Heineken, (my Dad ran a beer distribution biz), saying how people "drank with their eyes".

He told me to watch people crane their wrists so people could see they were drinking Heineken, (back when it was the largest selling import and a bit of a status symbol). T'was true.

I happened to pick up a 6 pack of the large Stella glasses at a flea market 2 summers ago. I'd always offer guests a beer poured into a frosty Stella glass. Amazing the nice things they'd say about the beer they were drinking out of those gorgeous glasses.

BTW my house brew is PBR....

Assuming they aren't ridiculously rare, it's worth holding out for a burst - the Westerly bursts are gorgeous.
