"You may ask". A Martin 00-17S Black Smoke. I can't put it down. A great communication with GFV. It was brand new but was not advertised as such, but inspecting it when I got it I know it was. I got a great deal on it, because it had a top seam separation from bridge to binding. I was lucky on this one because it was listed less than an hour with two offers on it already. I put my fair offer in (- $100) mentioning I was a Vet, and saying does that count. After 10 minutes I got excided and was just going to pay what they ask for it, and when I pulled it up, my offer was excepted. The seam split has gotten better in my climate controlled house. The seam separation wasn't that bad to begin with. I may take it to my luthier, to be looked at, but it's not effecting nothing. This one is something special, I just can't describe. $700. with free shipping. It also has the electronics which sounds fantastic. Buying it was justified because I didn't have a 12 fret. I would recommend to check one out if you see one. I have been looking at there site because they have some nice prices. Now all you guys know, I'll have to compete with you guitar hoarders, err.

I like how they redid where you plug in. This link is the only one I could find that shows where you plug in. Control wheels on top and bottom in the sound hole. Thin transparent finish.

I didn't mention the ease of changing the 9 volt battery. Just open the little door and the battery "falls out", then you slip the new one in and snap in the door, no hooking the battery to wired connector.
