who else played an M-20?

Just out of curiosity: it seems as if the M-20 is forever associated with Nick Drake. But did anyone else famous play one? Thanks in advance. Best, Rick

It's up for debate if Nick Drake ever used an M20. I've read stories that he used a Martin D28 with dead strings and the M20 was just used for the Bryter Layter cover.

Close, mine is an early F 20, maple plywood back & probably the same for the sides, spruce top.

I've never played an M 20, but I'm pretty sure my little maple F 20 isn't one bit afraid of it's mahogany cousins. Noisy little guitar it is & much fun to play.
Guitar in person is considerably less minty than pics indicate.

Several members have M20's, John Kidder for one.
