Am I the only one who is bothered by the white lines under the e strings on high-end Guild fondleboards? When i look down at the fretboard, for a split second I have trouble distinguishing the lines from the strings, especially with a 12 string. My vision is bad, so maybe those lines don't bug other people.

That's why I was seriously considering ordering a F-50R guitar through their custom shop and having them not install those lines, and redoing the shape of the pick guard a little bit too. But because of Guild's constant restructuring, their custom shop was not available at the time I wanted to order my guitar. Maybe one day if and when they get their custom shop up and running, I'll consider buying another new Guild.

Still got my F-44 though.....
