I was interested in finding out what model of Guilds have serial numbers that begin with "CVB".
In particular, in regards to possibly a D-50.

That looks like a Corona, CA number. Someone who knows for sure will be around shortly...

A Guild with a serial number that starts with CVB would indeed be a D-50 from Corona.
