What is DV-73 in excellent condition worth?

I may be selling a few guitars and would possibly be interested in a DV-73 as a replacement.
Is $3,000.00 about right for one that is in very good/excellent condition?

I know that they are hard to find but I'm in no hurry.

You could very well obtain one for $3,000, but I would consider that a great price. I think $3,200 - $3,500 is more realistic.

If you can find one. The one I bought a few months back set me back $3000 and honestly, that was too much IMO. I got sucked in by the seller needing to sell for financially devastating reasons, though.

I wouldn't have minded so much if it was mint, but it's not.
