Truss Rod Wrench's Size of D35 (1973）

I would like to fix a warped neck of D35 (1973). I purchased 1/4 truss rod wrench, but it is a little bit small. However, 7mm wrench is a little bit big.
If anyone know an exact size of wrench for old D35, would you please let me know?

5/16 is 7.94mm, right? I tried with 7mm wrench, but it is a little bit big.
So, I think the inch of my guitar's truss rod is between 6.35mm (1/4 inch) to 7mm.

Fits all my Guilds, incl a '72 D-35...

The last time I took a guitar in to a tech, it was because I had no socket the correct size. When I mentioned that, the tech said, good. LOL
