Time marches on

Wow, crazy world we're living in! I'm thinking things are going to open up pretty soon, me and Mrs. Dread are planning a trip to Nashville at the end of June, and going to near Branson, MO at the end of September. I'm looking forward to just living life again.

Going to have a "Prinefest" around my firepit this summer too!

Buddy had a wedding in June, don't think it's happening, he could still be getting married (3rd time?) but I mean I'm not going, and we were going to. Time marches on but things aren't the same, or quite back to normal. I personally feel we're headed way to the other side of normal, but I'll be glad to be wrong, again ;[)

I think some stuff will open up and other stuff not so much. I'm not gonna be eating in a restaurant 'til we have a vaccine, or an effective antibody-based immunization, or a same-day testing & screening system that keeps anyone testing positive out of the restaurant(s) in question. Same with shopping malls, bars, music venues & so on.

I agree with you. Around here, (SO CAL) people are getting careless already. I expect a big spike in cases in about 2 weeks. I sure hope I’m wrong...

Same here in Vegas. They're predicting the peak of our curve to be two weeks into June. However, we're starting to open things up now. I think the same as you shihan...... this could get ugly. I'm staying home for a while more. Plus I have a hip replacement 6-15 so better to just stay away from humans right now. Stay safe, everyone!
