but who cares. Thought there was a Guild in the backup band until the closeup of the head stock around 2:10, but who cares when he picks like that. FWIW, in the Ralph Emory intro he's holding a different guitar than he's playing. His playing axe was a mutated Baldwin with their proprietary pickup that Gibson used after they acquired Baldwin, at least that's what I've read.

There was a Baldwin guitar, just like Jerry's, that recently sold on ebay for $3000. Wille Nelson also had a Baldwin guitar. It got busted up, and he had the Prismatone Pickup put into his Martin N 20. That's how he got his "sound"

I saw Lenny Breau a couple of times in the 60s,.........but he was playing a Baldwin...., and how!....

Yes, apparently a friend who was a luthier did it for him. It was the cutaway that made it clear he was holding a different one in the intro.
