Good stuff Joe....I especially liked near the end when the kid was dancing behind her mom,
holding on to her long braids.... :D

Too bad Chuck Negron is no longer with them - he sang "Joy to the World" on the original version, also "Easy to Be Hard", "One", etc.

They should have changed their name to "Two Dog Night" - they are not the same band!

Sort of like Grand Funk touring (still) without Mark Farner, or Badfinger touring (still) with only Joey Holland from the original band...

Beautiful picking indeed. Here's my very meager, very poorly recorded rendition of it Joe. I still miss "Buckwheat".

Mighty fine, mighty fine.
Which one of your Guilds?

Ahh, DV72 on that one Joe. And thank you.....I learned that one about 30 years ago, but B.W. had such and awesome and distinctive voice, I was apprehensive about doing it publically for a long time. Love that song though.

We all have our own distinctive voices.
They might not be "awesome" but they belong to us and no one else.
I always like to use my own voice when I sing....for whatever that's worth!!

Thanks, West. While Three Dog Night was a GOOD cover band, I REALLY REALLY liked B.W.
