Oh golly and this one too..... I remember about 5-7 years ago when I saw she was in town with Suzy Boggus, Rosanne Cash and Kathy Mattea.... and by the time I found out they were sold out..... that would've been a GREAT one, yeah???

The dance halls provided such an important social stepping stone for the budding of romantic relationships and the opportunities of aspiring musicians as well. Now we have discotheques where an amorphous exchange is confined to shouting in someone’s ear.
Definitely a tragic cultural loss in the eyes of this old romantic.
