Thanks for that, Joe!

I chuckled at the last part of the article, because they're already listening to the Beatles! Hey, Paul McCartney is 65 this year...

Joe,

Just wanted to thank you for the reference to this Article.

As it happens, my old lead player visited town this week. We played a gig, then talked about a lot of things, including a relative of his that was suffering from Alzheimer's. Because of our music connection, I mentioned the Times article. Turns out the patient we were talking about was a big ball room dancer, so my buddy is going to check all of that out and get the info to the appropriate parties.

I appreciate what you bring to the LTG community, Joe. I guess I could have sent this in a PM, but perhaps 'attaboys and kudos should be sent in the Public Format, from time to time.

Regards,
Harry

While browsing in a thrift store about a week ago, I passed the record section, and noticed there were a few Sing Along With Mitch albums, these were great old fashioned songs sung very well, that I remembered as a young teen. I'm going to see if I can re-locate them and get them, if I can. Maybe there is a double purpose there, 1st to share, 2nd to have something to say, if I ever end up 'there'. scary thought. Steffan
