I usually buy dark chocolate. But for one of the big candy makers, Milky Way Midnight is a super good candy bar!! I usually freeze them and eat them that way. They last longer then.

American chocolate mostly sucks.
Agreed. Even "everyday" chocolate in Germany (Milka) is way better than any domestic US chocolate. Once, coming back from Germany I had to fly through Heathrow and I had about 20 large chocolate bars in my bag. The security folks started laughing when it went through the X-ray machine. "Look at all the chocolate!" I didn't care. They don't know that we are chocolate deficient in the US. :)

My spouse is Indian. We eat chili-ized food every day.

I did that with cheese. My wife loves cheese to I bought basically one of everything in the caviar and cheese shop in Heathrow. Also, I wasn't good with exchange rates, so she got $350 worth of cheese.

Not sure how I missed this, but Wednesday, 11/3 was National Sandwich Day. I would have done my part to observe it, but in my ignorance I ate lentil chili and canned Spanish anchovies for lunch.

I will do my part today by snarfing down "America's Favorite Sandwich" (according to French's mustard, that is):
