There is just so many import Guilds out there. There is thousands in my searches. You cannot throw a slab of Whitewood without hitting several!
But, I too am guilty of liking many of them. I wish I could try them all.
Sometimes, the glorious "old days" are cursed. No longer does a search yield the treasure we once knew so well.
I just hope that the powers that be do not decide to open a new factory,state of the art, dedicated to the rebirth of some of Guilds most iconic models. Because they just might locate it somewhere with the unfortunate name of Waverly.

The company decides what guitars they sell, where they are built, and what name goes on them. They add to the volume of the company and the profits. If you don't like non-USA Guilds, don't buy one. If you only want USA Guilds, then buy them. Most of the people who are bitching wouldn't spend the money to buy a new USA built Guild so their arguments are falling on deaf ears, here. Jeeze.....
