How the H did I end up with this receipt? More than likely came with a guitar in the packing materials.

High priced fret going over, this is what I usually pay for a guitar.

Yeah, I reread it carefully and combined with the "luthier for the Stars" reputation I would just say the luthier was well paid for work done.
