Got some debts, so it's time to part with a couple nice Guilds.
First, a near-mint tobacco sunburst CV-2. The CV-2 is a premium guitar using high-quality materials (flamed maple, bone saddle/nut, adirondack top!), with lots of attention to construction and finish-- gorgeous guitars. As many of you know, these were closed out when Guild moved from Tacoma; the remaining stock were marked "used" and sold at a substantial discount to resellers. Some of these guitars have had neck problems, many are fine, but it's hard or impossible to know what you're getting when you buy from a reseller on ebay--most of them claim to be unaware of the neck issue, even when directly asked.
I bought this one (and a CO-2C, which I'm keeping) from a seller who is aware of the problem and is qualified to evaluate the neck. Both guitars he delivered to me are excellent in every way, with no issues whatsoever. The guitar for sale here, the CV-2, is in near-mint condition with very light wear--fine abrasions here and there, that's it--easily a 9/10, very beautiful. MSRP on these was $2799, they street new for close to $2000, Buffalo Bros has a used one for $1400.
You can get them on ebay for cheap, but as I mentioned, you have no idea what you're getting. I don't usually offer money-back guarantees on used instruments, but because of the history of the Contemporary Series I'll guarantee that this one has no issues with the neck: if a credentialed luthier says otherwise, I'll refund your entire purchase price. Includes excellent OSHC. $750 + shipping

Second, Westerly D-55 circa 1999, antique burst. ***SOLD***
This one's been mine for about 5 years now, sweet player with a big sound. Factory-installed fishman undersaddle pickup and barn door preamp work well.
Recent pro setup, plays great, sounds great. Some finish checking and lots of little dings, but no cracks or structural issues whatsoever; mild fretwear on the lower frets. Includes excellent G&G case. ***SOLD***

I don't have feedback history here, but I do have a 100% feedback score on ebay with 150 transactions, as well as lots of feedback on the top bass site and audiophile stereo equipment site--happy to provide those credentials.
Also happy to send pictures to interested buyers and answer any other questions.
Thanks,
Dave
