Small-size (60s) vs. large-size (70s) humbucking pickups

I need a neck "mini" humbucker for my '66 Starfire, but it seems a hopeless search .

I was wondering how a small-size (60s) Guild humbucker compares to a large-size (70s) one. Is their sound and tone similar? Are they internally identical (size of bobbins, length of wire, etc...)?
And how does it compare to a brand new Guild humbucker used in recent Starfires?
