Probably a 2000, but might be a '99. I can't find it on the chart either. Mine is a 2001 with it's serial#.

What would you say to a price of $850.00 on that guitar west? Suppose to be in good condition with average playing wear. Not perfect. Ill post up some pics here in a minute. I dont need the guitar but it seems like i couldnt get hurt by buying it. I would love to have it for just a while to compare to my DV-52. I like the headstock on the 55 better than the 52 but i dont know if they will be any different tone wise. What do you think?

If I were in the market, and was pretty sure she was in "Good" condition, I'd buy her in a heartbeat! Tonewise....pretty similar. Personally, my D55s had a little louder fuller sound. But that's not saying much, as I loved my DV52. Both great guitars. I'd just have to give the nod to the 55. The D55 is a very loud guitar.

Yep, I hit that wall too. I guess Craigslist by nature is more of a local pickup deal, and guitars are a pain to ship, but it never hurts to try!
