As I promised my long-suffering wife (“ANOTHER guitar??!!!”) after the Orpheum followed me home, I am downsizing the herd. Some general notes applicable to all these instruments:
1). All have been cased and properly humidified during their time with me.
2). Prices are exclusive of shipping – you and I will jointly determine best way and best time to ship depending on weather. You’ll pay actual shipping and insurance charges.
3). If you are within a couple of hours of Philly, an in-hand inspection and hand-to-hand transaction may be possible. Let me know and we’ll work something out.
4). 72-hour approval period to LTG members – you pay return shipping.
4). Personal checks from LTG members are OK as long as you agree that I will ship after your check clears.
5). If you would like to use another form of payment, let me know and we’ll work out the details.
6). If you have specific questions or would like to see more detailed photos, let me know.
7). If you are interested, PM me via LTG, I’ll respond with my email address, and we’ll move the discussion to email.

And now to the guitars:

1). GAD D125-12: Solid mahogany top, back, and sides 12-string dreadnought. My JF4-12 gets all the love, so this just sits in its case. In good shape with apparently little playing time. Guild hard shell case included.

$400 plus actual shipping and insurance.

2). GAD F130R-NAT: Another guitar from the LTG stable. In this case it was in both Jeffcoop’s and Kildeer43’s herds.
Some of that tale here: http://www.letstalkguild.com/ltg/showthread.php?187026-NGD-Reunited-A-Little-Pee-on-the-Rug
In good shape. There is a mark in the wood on the right side of the upper bout. Guild hard shell case included.

$400 plus actual shipping and insurance.

I have a '72 G-37, refurbished by one of our own. I like the plainer look of the pre '76 models. My G-37 sports many battle scars, but it is the loveliest, most unique sounding of all my dreds. Articulate with a touch of reverb different from rosewood.

I toyed with the idea of selling it, but now I do not think I ever would. Many have expressed interest in it over the years.

I suspect the '74 G-37 for sale here is a sweet deal. No affiliation.

Thanks. My maple "jones" is fulfilled by the '61 F-40B, so the G-37 spends too much time in its case. I strung the G-37 with Rotosounds (Superbronze lights) and they seem to be strings that guitar has liked best so far.

I have a buddy that wants my G-37 badly. He has a Corona D50. He like me had a Guild back when we were pups. I am going to tell him about this G-37.

Thank you, sir. If your buddy is on the Delmarva I'd be happy to meet up. One of my favorite drives is the "back way" home from Annapolis, up 301.

Good thought. He is not much of a computer/forum guy. Hoping to bump into him at a playoffs party while watching the Eagles upset win on Sunday! Might also precipitate taking in a show at the Ram's Head at some point.

Any time as long as it does not interfere with Da Iggles. Our runs up and down 301 are almost always for an Annapolis weekend built around something at The Ram's Head or Maryland Hall.

Within a whisker. What a season!

(Buddy is not in a position to be a buyer anytime soon. Best of luck with it)

Thanks for the update. If and when he's ready, check in. There is some local interest in a couple of the guitars, but nothing firm yet.

They were playing with house money but the ride sure was fun.

Pitchers and catchers report in about 4 weeks ...

There's a mutual option in his contract for 2019 - he'll cost the Eagles $20 million if they exercise it. They really don't have the cap space to keep a $20 million backup QB on the roster, since the team still says Wentz is the future. Plus Wentz is coming due for a big payday soon.

Much debate in Philly about whether Foles is actually the better QB for Pederson's scheme. But the party line remains Wentz is the future.

what i notice is Foles is not really a good qb during regular season, it seems to take 8-10 games before he really gets going. that being said, Wentz gets hurt. philly in a tight spot

Being from the land of the Giants...(and Bills), never really a Philly fan but I likes Foles story.

No dislike to NO but I was pulling for the Eagles.
