Where's the best place to get parts for vintage Starfire's? Specifically, a selector switch, and a pickguard?

thanks!

Hans has one listed on his site, here.
The pickguard is a whole 'nother, prolly rather expensive journey.

Excellent. Thanks. I've sent a note to Hans.

Do you think that a pickguard for a modern re-issue Starfire III would fit the '66?

Don't know. I would think that there may be issues, since the PUs are different. It was my understanding that the 60s Starfires had either the Dearmond Dynasonics or the Guild minihumbuckers. In the 70s, I'm assuming that they had the HB-1 PUs, which are wider than the minis. The new reissues also have wider humbuckers.

May not work. Perhaps a reissue Starfire owner can comment?
