Not on that crew, you ain't. Wow! Did you notice the pièce de résistance... He has the bulb in his mouth? Good lord!

Wellll, I've been known to stand on the roof of the Navigator to trim limbs and vines, but there was no ladder involved. I figured the Nav was way more stable than a ladder. Getting the trimmings to fall without scratching the paint can be tricky.

I'm not an engineer, but a cantilevered balcony with let's say 80 cubic feet of water on it, has to hold a weight of about 5000 pounds (2273 kg). I don't think the balcony is designed for that, but you know... safety first.
