Out on the reservation this morning and saw this memorial.

Typical white cross that we're used to seeing here and there, but with something extra. Doesn't look like a Guild....

Or is it some sort of version of a scarecrow?

If you get out there at night.....say 'round midnight', it's been said that that ol'guitar just plays itself! :friendly_wink:
Beware.....take care.
The way the wind blows sometimes out there on the flats, that old six string just might make some music.

Wonder what kind of strings they used.....hmmm :friendly_wink:

Joe, that reminds me of an elaborate roadside memorial I saw last summer. I was driving on the 400 well north of Toronto...it's a fairly dangerous stretch that winds up being two way traffic with the occassional third 'suicide passing lane'...extremely hazardous.

The road is lined with remnants of the ancient Canadian shield, large rock formations jutting out. On one of them was perched a replica of a drum set and a cross; that memorial touched me somehow.
