I love Queen Bee, my 1966 Guild T100. She is a mellow jazz machine thanks to my ZT Jazz Club amp and custom P90 by Tom Brantley. But she can still wail the blues through a vintage Fender tube amp cranked to 11!

Weekend to remember at the Lancaster Roots & Blues Festival. Iron City is already on the roster for next year.

We arrived Saturday afternoon to play the VIP Lounge. Time was tight to break down and move to the main stage at Zoetropolis.
Several folks put a bug in my ear that the highlight of the weekend is the Midnight Jam session, and I have to agree--I was happy to back a trio of the some of the baddest ladies in all of blues!

Yeah! Queen bee rocks, Slim Harpo would love her! I'll steal that lick from you, Boss...(Well, kinda..I .guess you would not even recognize it!)
Maybe steal the shoes and shirt too! Who's that goofy-looking 60es amp, Gertrude?.....I notice amps are a female element in your gear,...Most amps look like Wilburs or Harveys to me, but, there you go... Seems like you appreciate blondes and sunbursts equally....Nice names you gave them...
