Progress of moving prod. to CT, anyone?

I've owned and played Guild guitars made in every factory location and I loved 'em ALL!

I don't see why moving the factory to CT should be any different. They might even get some of the Westerly guys back working for them!

Hang in there and give 'em a chance to show what they can do.

You got it sixer. Pundits in the 50s probably said the same thing prior to the Westerly move... I don't agree with much/most of Fender's rationale regarding their Guild stewardship, but the jury is out. Maybe; just maybe this time they'll step out of the management picture and let Guild experts get back to making quality guitars. I'm looking forward to seeing their new inventory and getting a review or three. Sure wish they'd reintroduce a dread 12er...
