Hi Guilders

Not the most obvious forum to ask around in, but I think their is more than good knowledgeable level headed folk around to answer. So what's a D42 go for these days around 5 years old and I'm assuming all is ok with it? One has blown in my direction close at hand and I'm tempted. Just plucking up some courage and ammo to see it..

Thanking you in advance

Scratchin' my head, here. I've never heard of a Guild D-42. Wrong number perhaps? There's D-40, D-44, D-46, maybe D-52...

Street price new from an authorized dealer, without heavy discounting, is about $5,000 USD. Recent completed listings on ebay show sold ones ranging from $2800 - $4200 depending upon wood combinations, age and features. As always, it's worth what someone will pay.

Thnx tj it's just a standard, nothing custom or brand new and only one owner. It's in a small vintage shop that I've bought and traded with before. Said the top looked brand new and that he had sold it to the original owner. Was definitely thinking another trade deal with a couple of mine on this one. He wants 3.5k for it and I'm thinking more closer to 3K to deal. We'll see what happens..
