Potential enabler needed near east st louis / columbia IL

Hi All

There is a Matsamoku made guitar I am interested in, in the Columbia IL but the seller is unable to ship.
I am waiting for a guitar I am bidding on ebay to end (Firday March 21st), and if the price extends out of my range I would like to purchase this other guitar.

I am seeking a potential enabler in the Columbus IL /East St Louis area should someone have the time.
