I was asked to play at a memorial service in the park last summer, and I was told that I could choose the songs. I knew the deceased and wondered what he might like to hear, so I settled on 'Swing Low, Sweet Chariot' for an opener; 'On the Wings of A Dove' for midway; and did 'I'll Fly Away' to close. At times I felt that Jerry was singing along, or at least smiling.
