Makes sense.
Let’s hope there comes a time when they’re making 10K guitars in a year!

Huh. Interesting. So they went with "Ventura County" rather than "Oxnard." Can't fault them for that. Oxnard is just the guy's name who founded the city, and not a particularly pretty name. Ventura means "good fortune" or "luck."Guild changed their serialization slightly for the Oxnard-made acoustics beginning in 2025. The "C" prefix has been changed to "US". .... Also note that the font has changed and "Ventura County, California" has been laser-etched into the neck block veneer in place of "Made in USA".
Thanks for updating this, GG. Did you get a new F-512?Guild changed their serialization slightly for the Oxnard-made acoustics beginning in 2025. The "C" prefix has been changed to "US". The rest seems to be the same where the first two digits are for the year and the following digits are for the running total (but more data will be needed to confirm). Also note that the font has changed and "Ventura County, California" has been laser-etched into the neck block veneer in place of "Made in USA".
