Markus, It’s a natural top with rosewood b/s. Looks to be in good shape, but is missing the Guild case.Is this natural or burst? Hog or rosewood?

No worries Greg, I love Martins, too. An M size has been on my radar for a while too. I saw the one on AGF, but don't like the three piece backs. I'd also prefer mahogany, something like this one. Damn, they've gotten expensive!The M-36 has a 3-piece back and is a really nice guitar. Sorry, the Martin in me just jumped out.
