Orpheum 14 fret Dread

This one arrived today. Sounds like this was a store return from an online purchase. Was it anyone here? I bought it from the Guitar Center out of Lexington, Kentucky. I attached a pic of the label, has anyone here owned this one before?

Upside:

• It's an Orpheum!
• Overall plays and sounds nice
• Received a $500 partial refund
• Only a few very minor dings and some very minor playwear
• GC return policy. I still have several days to decide whether to keep it or not.

Downside:

• Doesn't have the OHSC. But I do have a brand-new spare Guild Deluxe case, but still disappointing
• A visible center seam on the top from the bridge down to the bottom edge.
• A few minor dings and playwear

Yeah, just run of the mill, Guild Deluxe is probably just as good or even better.

Nope, certainly wasn’t me, I’ve never even seen an Orpheum in person (yet).

Yes, but I'm pretty much done now. At the end of the day I will be keeping one 12 fret and one 14 fret model.

I decided to keep this guitar. I don't have a lot of acoustics to do side by side tone comparisons, but from everything I am hearing, this guitar has a lot of mid range tone. It feels and sounds better if tuned a half-step or even a full-step down.
