Congrats, Rich. I think you will come to love this guitar. USPS handling has always been good for me, even if this delivery ran a little late. And, that guitar has been in no one's hands but mine. :).

Oh, and by the way, that is a well-traveled guitar. It met me in California (shipped to my office out there), then drove back with me in my car 5 months later. And now has been all over the east coast via USPS. :D :D

Thanks everyone for the support. In the final analysis, we humans obsess too much over material things, when we should be taking care for others and ourselves.
Right on Rich. So well said.

Canada .... brrr
Shelby, the Orph arrived in excellent shape. It's practically in brand new condition. I've tuned her up and begun my "love affair" with this gorgeous 12 string. Pics will arrive here on Wednesday, when I have more time.
Is the review with pics in another thread or still forthcoming here?

One of the best looking 12 strings I have ever seen. Sound clip?

:) Wonderful, Rich. Thanks for the photo spread. Which strings did you end up going with? And, yeah, MILES of saddle to make that thing play as comfortably as it looks. Should play like butta! :D :D

John Pearse lights L1300. Will give it to my luthier soon to lower the saddle.

You ought to be ashamed to post such beautiful pictures of such a magnificent guitar and a 12 string Orpheum to boot.
Wait a minute, I am one of the members who kept bugging you!
I could not imagine such beauty. Awesome and enjoy it every time you pick it up.

Gorgeous! So that’s why you parted with your GF-30? I’d love to hear that Orpheum!
