Gorgeous! Looks to be in great condition. Congrats. Love the burst and the wide neck. Where did you find that one?
 
That is really nice looking. Congratulations!! My early 1954 X375 has that headstock logo but by the time my later 1954 Aristicrat was made they had moved on to the newer style design.
 
Looking on Reverb, a little surprised at how many of these from various eras are listed, it's interesting that nut width alternates off and on among them. I guess I should commend Guild for being so accommodating. Wish it were true across the board with electric guitar builders.
 
I have a question about the controls.

Are they set up as typical 2 pickup? Toggle switch up for neck , and down for bridge?
Volume knobs on the left from the players view? Neck volume/tone nearest to the strings, and bridge volume/tone nearest to the treble side of the body? Thanks?

I think someone did some "magic" in there...
