New-ish guy with some more Starfire stuff

Well, I am back from vacation so I figured it's time to send this one out and start a new thread. Seems I have 3 interesting Starfires on my hand. We already covered the one with the star inlays so here's the bass. It was a yard sale score and I was pleasantly surprised to find it was the first serial number in the '65 system. Knobs are definitely not original and the picture of the headstock appears very scratched up but I can assure it's just the flash bringing out dust and light scratches.

HAHA, if I had a nickel for every time I heard that! Seriously, whenever I offer a guitar some friends of mine they say, "I'll buy that bass!!!" It's actually my girlfriend's and it was an old boyfriend of hers back in the 90s that scored it at the yard sale. Not sure how much he paid but I'm thinking not much more than one or two hundred.
