Well folk’s looks like I just got lucky enough to find another Guild.
This week I purchased an F 50 Guild that is a maple back/side with a spruce top. This guitar is jet black in color and brand new made in Tacoma Washington. With the all the dispute between Tacoma and Westerly made guitars I can say this guitar is first class all the way. It’ craftsmanship is awesome. I really can’t complain about that issue. I was concerned about though. The nice thing is that nowhere on this guitar can you find a fender name, which kind of bothers me when I’m purchasing a Guild. I like the idea of Fender keeping their name for themselves. Leave the Guild name alone. There’s no reason to have multiple names on a guitar in my book. She’s a beautiful Guitar and sounds great. She also came with a Fishman Pickup and when I plugged her into an amplifier she sounded even extra powerful and gave me that extra option of power and sound. I paid $950.00 for her which I think is a great deal. I couldn’t turn her down at that price. She retails for over $2100.00. She’s got all the inlays, G shield, and awesome fret board. It’s a kick butt guitar. I will try to leave some pictures for you. The last Picture Is my dog Cisco. I had to put that in. My Pride and Joy!!!

Congrats General,

Nice F50, and at a great price. Looks like you've had some serious GAS!
Quite a little stable you're collecting there. I like the black.
