Can't say I've ever seen the Mickey Mouse PU offered for sale when it wasn't attached to a bass. Ditto for the Bi-sonic. I have seen Dark Stars so that may be your interim solution. I've been told Dark Stars are available but this thread suggest that might not be the case.

For the time being, it might be an idea to get one of the USA dearmond turbo jet pickups... Basically a really nice and identical reissue mickey mouse pickup. They are discontinued but I might know where to get a NOS one for relatively cheap, you'd just have to make your own mounting ring since the reissues have smaller plastic ones as opposed to the original bigger wood mounting rings. Let me know if you're interested
