Hmmmmm... I almost always use two pillows to prop up my head but I'll try it your way once.

It simply amazes me how many places on my back itch when I go to bed, and of course I can't possibly reach those spots with my hands!

Try no-dyes, no-fragrances laundry detergent. ;)

Seriously, it's all I can use. When I visit family out of state, I get itchier every night I'm there because of the detergent the sheets are washed in.

What's the humidity of your sleeping quarters? I used to scratch my legs til the bled during the winter, when humidity might drop below 10% RH. With a humidifier keeping the room up around 30% RH, I sleep much better...

Well the A/C has been on for the past couple of weeks, so the humidity is low. I don't see any difference when the windows are open though.
