I've had my eye on a D-15 for a while (because I REALLY need another dread ;) and these pics are just confirming that intent.

Yes it is. I appreciate the attention to fine detail, but also the workmanship skills required to accomplish it.

My Dad-in-law was a master carpenter; he could join 2 pieces of wood together so they looked like one. I could never do that.

Your are right about that dread. Guild has always had that kind of craftsmanship. My Guild D-15-12 and Guild U-11 uke look like that as well.
