You may but it is OK to have non-Guilds and instruments that are believed to be inferior. You can tell us why they are not as bad as they might appear and which Guilds would replace them when you find them and can afford them :)

Remember Saint Frank was told to "Shut up and play your guitar" and not "Shut up and play your <insert brand here>".
Yep! Frono is right, "the secret word for tonite is "GUITAR"!

It's easier to list the amps I don't own, although the last few that they made were just too darned heavy for me to handle.

I do have only two router tables, so at least I can show SOME restraint.

I used to have many stamps… tried to list them on the ‘ let’s stick and lick Stamps ‘ site… … I do not own too many guitars, so I decided to join let’s talk Guild. 😂

That's my new motto:"Too many guitars?...List'em, stick'em, lick'em!"

Better you should have the British Guiana one cent blsck on magenta. Then you could sell it and own all the Guilds, and have money left over to buy lunch.

Personally, I am fascinated by the collections and history of guitars. Where they have been what they have seen, who has owned them. Part of collecting is sharing and viewing what's others have, kinda like a museum, I don't go there with the expectation of buying anything, though I wished I could sometimes. I would be appreciative if everyone shared what they have/had in their signatures, pictures would be cool too of some of the more unusual or historic models. It's not about vanity at all...not for me anyway..

I thought long and hard about responding, not wanting to break 40 posts before my ten-year anniversary.

Some folks are here for the guitars, and that's about it... I suppose I am one of those folks. You will find I interject only when it serves my personal interest and passion, often late to the post. I did enjoy your website, GAD. I see you have a passion for writing, you are good at it.

Until next year,

Johnny

I like that approach. Some of us (certainly that includes me) post just because the sun came up that day (or even didn't)

As do I.

To the mods: May I suggest a new category of member in addition to Junior Member, Senior Member, etc?

Laconic Member.

Thanks! Some of us clearly puke up enough words to pick up any slack. 🤪

.......When you check in next, I'd love to hear (and see) more about your 2017 Gibson Firebird (mystic Rosewood) guitar. Cheers - Mike

Thanks to you I discovered Grammer guitars, which I never heard of.
