Couple of notes in the news this morning:

*Our fair city has gone 240 days since the last 70 degree day. We just might break the record this year. Mid- to upper-50s this week.
*The North Cascades Highway opened today after the highway department finally cleared the way through 75' of snow at Washington Pass!

Love it or leave it,
Joe

Sounds like the weather would suit me just fine Joe. Cool and damp beats hot and humid any day in my book!

Broke 98 degrees here yesterday (18% humidity, which is low for us). Low 90's today. Ah....summer in Texas. :) 72 degrees is good - regardless of location. 8)

Toni

P.S. Just wish we could get some rain.........lots and lots of rain!

As I've said before, wish that I/we could share a little rain with you. As a matter of fact, it's raining right now.

Yep, it's great up here Joe. Love Washington winter or summer. Willamette Valley Oregon works for me, basically 40 to 80 year round, not quite as wet a winter as parts north, but plenty enough to keep us green, and clear sunny days all summer long...

It may have been cool yesterday, but Tuesday it was close to 70 and beautiful! My wife and I went to Seacrest park here in West Seattle. Here is the West Seattle Water Taxi coming in. Nice way to commute, huh?

It was so nice, even a few Longboarders were out:

When it's nice, it's beautiful!

Yup... coming home the long way. Dodging a ferryboat on one of those might be quite a trick!
