Maybe you can fill us in on what Les Spann's relationship was with Guild? I heard through the grapevine that the George Barnes Acousti-Lectric 17" :roll: that I own may be the very one that Les Spann is shown with in the Guld advert from the mid-60's or so.
I have an advert of him with a late 50's X-500 with I believe DeArmonds. I am of the understanding that he died a kind of tragic death basically broke. Any other information on Les Spann out there? jim
