Lefty's are left out of the mix when it comes to getting even an american made Guild. I called Fender today about the d-v-6, and I was told no lefty's for any american made Guild's. The dv Rosewood looks nice, and even if I turn it around I void the warranty. I guess I'm forced to go to Martin.

Warranty's are near useless in this country. I'd go ahead and make the guitar fit You, and enjoy .

Or buy an out-of-warranty used Guild and have it converted. cj

...there was also a '70s or '80s lefty D-50 on Gbase earlier this week... was up for quite a while, but gone today. So they do come up occasionally, if you keep your eye open.

I waited and waited, and it was well worth it. My lefty D-70 will become part of my estate and if I live to be 100 that's 49 years away. Good luck in your pursuit of a great American made lefty Guild.

Not only would we like to hear that beauty, we'd like to hear the story behind it, L56!
