Chances are slim that we can help but this guy is in the U.S. Navy and this guitar is his most cherished possession. It being a lefty might make it more easily identifiable. He turned his back for a minute and it was gone!! You can read the gory details on the website. I feel really bad for this guy.

Skipjack Barracks in Groton Submarine Base

it would appear another naval office stole it then, one can deduce no? they just do not let anyone in a barracks of a military base, it's not like a bar or restaurant. of is shipjack a restaurant on the base? really sucks. someone had to have seen something. 2 minutes? wow...

I can identify - my 12 string Epiphone disappeared from under my rack in the barracks in 1973. Pretty much no recourse.

I feel for this guy. What a rotten thing to happen! Can only cross fingers and hope that it is recovered. A real plus would be for the thief to get a just reward .
