Setting up the new guitar room, (we move Monday!!) I got two sets of String Swing 5 guitar wall racks. I had brought them up in an earlier post and Frono asked me an obvious, but not to me, question...where are you gonna put the empty cases.....Luckily I've had time to think and I built some racks in the utility room that houses the boiler and water heater. Warm and not dry. Room for all and out of the, (her), way.

In moving stuff around I lugged over an electric guitar in it's case and figured it'd pop it up on the wall with some of my old single wall mounts.

It's a mid to late 90's Jackson Performer. I bought it at an antique auction several years ago for $85 and was shocked when I went to pick it up that it included a Fender amp and two foot pedals.

Anyway, it looks just like this one.

Strat-ish in design and execution. A pretty well made guitar to be honest. Plugged it in for the heck of it. Still in tune!! Had a little static for a few seconds but then cleared up. What a hoot!!!

I had been considering a Telecaster as I have the room set up for 3 players and have friends lining up to play and bs...but for the amount of time I play plugged in this more than fits the bill. Impressive...and a pretty good buy.

There are two at GC a green and red one for $299 each. Maybe I'll buy both and start a band with two buds....
