My Pawless classical has arrived, and OMG WOW or any exclamation you choose, it blows me away. Lightest guitar I ever remember picking up, incredible sound and playability. My daughter is very careful about what I lift these days (cardiologist recommendation, no heavy lifting), and when she took it out of the shipping carton she asked if there really was a guitar in the case! Now if I can get my fingers back in shape, look out!

Wow, Brad!! That's beautiful!! I didn't think he was still building guitars, so to have one is a real treasure!! Enjoy the new guitar, and let us know how much you love it, over and over!! :encouragement:

AFAIK this is the last guitar he's finished, and the only classical he made.

Nice! Light weight makes for great guitars.
Yes, and this one backs up this idea. I've never played a vintage Hauser ( who has?), but did have exposure to several Ramirez 1As in the '70s-'80s, and none of the ones I played impressed me as much better, soundwise or playability, than my Mark V. This guitar leaves them in the dust. Incredible sound and playing ease, just a magnificent instrument all around.

Hi Brad, congratulations! Saw it on Facebook and I hope you don't mind posting that picture of it's built from back in September 2015, it's just magnificant!
Also, you have to post a picture of the back of the finished guitar, that wood should look stunning!

Congrats Brad! She is beautiful! Being in North Tejas I have run across a couple of Pawless guits and they are all stellar. A guy I used to play a few shows with, Dave Byboth, has a mesquite guitar made by Pawless.. It is really cool. Hope you enjoy!

Here's the back. New growth Brazilian RW (legally harvested). Some people don't like the look of the sapwood, I do, don't know how/if it affects the sound, although I can't imagine a classical with more sound than this one has.
