Is anyone else having this problem?

Since the upgrade I've seen many images only get partially rendered. Here's an example screenshot:

Has anyone else been seeing this sort of thing? If so I can focus my troubleshooting on the server instead of my home machines.

Not for me. The only issue I notice is slightly more latency and I have no idea whether that's related to the upgrade, the usual Verizon FiOS nonsense, phases of the moon or highly energized solar particles.

I'm also seeing where the banner image isn't loading.

Man, I hate doing upgrades as it is, but when they cause stupid little hard-to-find problems like this. GRR!!

Mozilla Firefox had a lot of issues today for me with showing empty pages or not loading part of pages. After rebooting my machine and no change I had to de-install it and reinstall it.

Cleared my cache and the banner still doesn't show. If I resize the page it often pops right back which tells me it's a CSS problem. But then sometimes it doesn't.

I hate computers.

Which Browser? Like I said, I saw the same kind of strange behaviour on other webpages only on Firefox today, but not on Chrome or EDGE.
