You might want to recheck that. Since Westerly was purchased in 1966 but Hoboken was not closed until January 1, 1972 you can certainly define "move" in a way so that the right answer is 1966 (or 1972). The first guitar produced in Westerly came off the line in August 1967. That said, it is not clear what the dates in the chart are actually intended to show. For example Guild was incorporated in NY in 1952 but the first guitar did not hit the market until 1953.
