When I 1st got online out here in the boondocks, it was dial up. Does anyone remember the sweet sound? Lol

Anyway, our internet provider called it "Ham sandwich internet".

How's that I said?

"You push Enter, go make a ham sandwich and come back and there's your page" ;]

He had another cute saying about when it didn't work.

He'd say, "I don't know, it's the mushroom syndrome"

How's that I said?

"They keep you in the dark and feed you sh*t" ;]

It is lunchtime dang it, Chicken soup!

Yep! I blamed a lot of things on the “mushroom syndrome“ back in the 1980’s🤫

As luck would have it, I was looking for a guitar in my inventory database here in the wee hours of the morning - and it wasn't there! You want to know how to tell if you have a problem? It's when you find guitars you don't remember having or find one that you somehow missed during inventory.

So anyway, the number is now an even 100.
Thank you, I thought I had a "problem," but you got me beat by a factor of 3.

I don’t list my stuff. Tried that once on another forum and was made fun of.

It’s a very forum-dependent thing. I’ve been on forums where it wasn’t allowed because it messed up search results. Doesn’t work that way here.

So I was going put these in my signature, but so as not to make things more difficult for Frono, I'll just list these Guilds this one time:

1956 F 20 w/DeArmond

1959 F 30 tenor

1960 M65 ¾

1963 S 100

1965 F 212

1967 Starfire XII

1967 S 50

1973 F 30

1979 S 300

1981 B 50 fretless conversion

1997 Starfire II

1999? X 150D with PAFs and Bigsby

2007 F 412

2012 F 47R

2014 R 35SE without PU

NS Starfire Bass

NS M75

So I shan't list all the ukes, mandolins, lap steels etc. as I really don't want to know how much I actually have.
Two years before I joined LTG ( for Guilds I only had my S100 I got back in '65) I was lurking here because I wanted a F 20
for song writing and then in 2014 I bought the X 150D and then I'm not quite sure what happened. The local Craigslist buys
like the F 212 and the F412 I know I would have pursued anyway. And I wanted a Guild resonator when I first saw them
advertised, but many of the rest are the result of GAD reviews and posts by you guys. I feel I've pretty much lucked out
on most all these guitars--I'm inspired every time I pick one up to play--but I feel luckiest of all to be a part of this forum
and being able to interact with you all. That is until I try to figure where to put the newest $%^$#*! case!
