How much would a decent 1966 D-44 go for?

Are they selling for higher prices, or are people just trying to get more for them?

We need to limit membership in LTG, it's increasing demand of a fixed supply, a sure recipe for increasing prices.

My observation is that prices went way up during Corona times, and have come back down since most places in the US started opening up. I saw the prices lowering on guitars that were sitting longer in the past couple months.

The only good gauge is Reverb and eBay actual sales. I'm not buying or selling so I'm not paying too much attention. Asking is one thing, getting another. Really, what is a D 25 or D 35 for that matter worth, if it needs $1000 put into it. To me, about $200. It's like buying a core motor that you will need to rebuild.
