HELP - I need a 67 SF III wiring diagram

Actually , all I really need are the pot and cap values for said SF. I can't recall what they are.

Something like 500k vol. and something else tone? No idea what that caps are...

I used to have a pdf of a generic SF but I can't find it.

Any help would be appreciated.
