HB-1 pickups?

I've never seen HB-1s with two sets of leads. Are these a variation or maybe they're modified based on the DC resistance?

(2) Vintage Guild guitar pickups. Tested with digital and analog ohmmeter. Made in the USA stamped on the bottom of each. I don't know what model they are from. I'll keep looking and add any info I find. As-is due to age.

Shouldn’t they also have solder terminals? The readings seem off for HB1’s as well. Are t these typically in the 7.0-7.5 range?

Not that I'm an expert, but while I've seen other pickups that mount at three points, I've never seen a knockoff of the ridged cover.

These solder spots on the underside is where the solder terminal piece would normally be mounted. That leads me to believe that at one point these had the solder terminals. They could have been rewound or opened up to do a split coil option or something.

I think that is what happened. Nevertheless two for $125 was really cheap!

They look to have been altered to wire each coil directly.
